HFG ROM srl, with a share capital of €. 2.500.000,00, is a Romanian Company, regulated by Romanian law, with the legal office in Bucharest and a branch in Italy. This way, Romanian customers working in Italy, are able to visit the Italian sales office.

The society is composed of:

- 80% HFG FINANCE srl – An Italian Company, regulated by Italian law, which has successfully projected various real estate and shopping mall enterprises in Northern Italy.

- 20% FINEST spa – An Italian Investment Company, regulated by Italian law.

The Company cooperates and has two major Banks in Romania: "Banca Italo-Rumena" (BIR) and "Unicredit Romania", with the purpose of offering the best services to customers.

Founded in 2005, the Company began the project "VILLAGGIO GIARDINO ITALIANO", which will be built in ADUNATII COPACENI, Giurgiu Province, 20 km from the centre of Bucharest.

HFG FINANCE srl is a financial and real estate Company regulated by the Italian law, situated in Treviso (Italy) and founded in 1994.

The company acquires a great deal of experience in many business fields and investment areas.

Most investments concern real estate, one of the most important investments is the "Villaggio Giardino Italiano" in Bucharest, Romania.

This project has been developed through HFG ROM srl.

Over the years HFG FINANCE has marked itself by being the promoter of other successful real estate projects in North Italy, both residential buildings and also commercial-offices.

Finally, the Company has fixed attention to other investment areas, mainly the energy sector.
