GIARDINO ITALIANO PRESENTATION

We are pleased to introduce our project called "Giardino Italiano": a new Italian style residential housing complex, to be built in Adunatii – Copaceni, Giurgiu Province, 20 km from the centre of Bucharest and 35 km from Giurgiu, on the national road which connects the two.

"Giardino Italiano" will be constructed on a total area of 240.000 m² and will be the most important housing project in Romania.

The aim of the project is to construct about 800 new buildings of all styles, including semi-detached houses, terraced houses and flats of various sizes.
